Ultrasonic Cleaning Line Overview:

5-tank setup (prep/ultrasound/rise1/rise2/dry) processes metal sheets. 38kHz waves and 70℃ heating remove oil, manual transfer between tanks. Drying tank with air knife, suitable for small metal sheets. Used in metal processing, ensuring sheets are ready for coating.
